Default Qatans 737 at 34 SQN hangar at RAAF Fairbairn

So there is a Qantas 737 parked at the VIP Jet Squadron hangar st Fairbairn. Occasionally, i will see a Virgin ATR 72 parked there for weeks. I assume there is some maintenance facility there for Virgin. But does the RAAF now freelance for Qantas, or, have I got this around the wrong way. Does Defence maintain there VIP 737s through Qantas, and does this then give Qantas the right to fix their aircraft at RAAF establishments.

Well, now, that us a coincidence. As I am still sitting here, they just towed a virgin ATR 72 to the same location.

Now looking like a domestic terminal witn a bizjet also sitting outside the old Air Movements hangar as well.
